What are the working principles of screw machines

Power Supply:

1. Screw machines currently utilise 220V servo motors, featuring adjustable rotational speed and torque.

2. Screw feeders employ roller-type with straight vibration, blow-on feeding, and suction-based feeding.

Conveyor Track:

When the drive motor rotates via bearings and the elliptical track mounted upon them, screws are conveyed from their recesses onto the upper track. Under the influence of gravity acceleration from the incline, the screws descend. Simultaneously guided by the sweeping brush track and deflector plate, the screws are directed smoothly to the pick-up point.

Sensing Components:

Two screw sensors are positioned at the track's midpoint. These monitor blockage levels and compensate for screw vibration duration.

Function and Usage Precautions:

① Purpose: Separate screws to ensure orderly, sequential arrangement, facilitating operation and accelerating fastening speed.

② Usage Precautions:

Ensure no oil or grease contaminates the top wall grooves of the slide channel or pick-up channel.

When retrieving screws with an electric screwdriver, maintain a perpendicular grip between the screwdriver and the screw feeder.

Avoid scraping the top or inner walls of the slide channel or pick-up mechanism.

Different screw types must be used with their corresponding screw feeder models.

Screws must be free of magnetism and oil contamination.

Switch off the power supply when the machine is not in use for extended periods.

Should abnormal operation, damage to the casing or power supply, or unusual noises occur during use, cease operation immediately, switch off the power supply, and report for repair without delay.
