Changing products requires only modifying the fastening point coordinates. Operation is remarkably straightforward. 1. Verify air and power supply connections; activate the power switch and air valve.

2. Inspect the drive travel of all components. Coordinate-based systems additionally require pre-programming control settings for fastening paths tailored to different products.

3. Position the product requiring screw fastening. Perform a step-by-step jog or incremental test to verify the accuracy of all operations and the correctness of travel paths.

4. Conduct a trial run with the machine activated. Inspect the finished product for quality and effectiveness. Only proceed with production once stable operation is confirmed.
